Welcome

Therapeutic massage has existed for thousands of years and continues to be a necessary tool to help the body maintain optimal balance and counteract the physical and emotional stresses continually placed on it. With this in mind, I strive to induce relaxation, allowing deeper work to be done without as much discomfort.  I use several different techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, myofascial therapy, stretching,  as well as aromatherapy to help clients with muscle tension and pain, range of motion limitations and injury recovery. 

I completed  the massage program at Georgia Career Institute in 2005 and continue my education to find better ways to help my clients. I have worked in several different spa environments before owning my own day spa for seven years.  I taught anatomy, physiology, pathology and massage at the Oconee School of Therapeutic Massage in Watkinsville for four years.   I continue to practice massage on a part time basis at Just Breathe Day Spa in Madison, Georgia; as well as being a mobile massage therapist around the same area (Madison, Greensboro, Lake Oconee, Social Circle, Rutledge, Watkinsville).
